I only go to Hardee’s for breakfast and through the drive thru. It’s always busy in the mornings but they get that line moving. They try to be nice but you can tell they’re in a hurry. The food has been consistently good. Their biscuits are big and fluffy. I recommend their chicken biscuits or biscuits and gravy

Nobody wants cold fries! Period The sandwiches was very sloppy and didn’t want cheese when I specifically said no cheese. This place needs to be placed under new management. People need to be trained better here. Overall poor performance. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. Hell McDonald’s can throw together a better sandwich than Hardee’s. It blows my mind to see this at a place of business.

The food and service seems to get worse and more expensive each time I come here. My most recent visit they messed up the whole order except for 1 meal, but the fries they gave us had definitely been cooked hours before, couldn’t even chew them. And to top it off, they forgot a whole chicken sandwich. I should have double checked when they gave it to me, but that’s on me… however it’s not rocket science to get an order with 4 items and 2 fries horribly wrong. Not to mention it cost $40, and that’s the worst $40 I’ve ever spent. I’m done with Hardees.

We got the $5 special boxes. Good variety. Service was a little slow because only 2 employees were working that evening. I know the rush is in the mornings but they need more than 2 working a shift. Maybe if Hardee’s sold breakfast all day, they would have better sales..

As unhealthy as it is, I’m a frequenter of fast food restaurants due to a busy schedule and an admitted lack of self control and cooking skills. However, I’ve never been as impressed with the consistency of quality that comes from the Hardee’s location in Wise. The order is always right, the food is always fantastic, and they always put a smile on my face with the kindness and manners the individuals portray. 5 stars all the way.
