The employees and manager were nowhere near on the same page . Ordered two meals and the girl at register only rang up one meal we asked her multiple times if got both meals she said yes gave us both cups then when food came out was only one meal rang up so we ordered the other meal again and paid for it then had to sit and wait about 20 minutes for one burger and a fry said would have to wait until after the big order from drive thru.

The employees are really nice and there was no wait to order or receive my food.the food was not the greatest the fry’s tasted like they had been sitting under that heat lamp for hours and the the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old fry oil and the sweet tea was extremely old it was horrible. The dining area wasn’t very clean food crumbs on the tables and on the floor. They practically have no business in the afternoons so you would think they would have plenty of time to clean the restaurant.

I just had one of the best Mushroom Swiss burgers I have had in years. They have been getting pretty bad. Why can’t they all be tastey and juicy like that? I actually think the hamburger was shaped by hand. Wish I had ordered more than one! So good.

Meh… burgers here are hit and miss… one time they are nice and uniform, next time they are a soupy Ketchup mess in the wrapper. Also, the fries are very unpredictable. Sometimes they are fresh and hot, other times they are dry and rubbery. All depends on who is working. However should not be this way. Service should be consistent.

we were waiting at the window for at least 15 mins, but the inside didn’t look busy at all. EXTREMELY dirty behind the counter. I know it’s fast food but come on… theres gotta be healthy code standards that arent close to being met. milkshakes at any local handcrafted place would charge the same price. pretty wild this location is still in operation.
