Ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers, had to wait 5-10 minutes for order. You would think after waiting that long they would be fresh and hot. When we got to our room we found they were cold and did not have bacon. Terrible service.

Was ok both times I went. Burgers taste decent if you’re bugdeting. The bluberry-lemon pie takes 7min to prepare, but for $1.49 it really is a treat to wait. Nice crust and the filling is bombass

Was hurried in the drive thru when ordering to sit for ten minutes to pay and then be told to pull over because my food is cooking and they will bring it to me smh at this point even if the food is good I’ll never come back to Hardee’s

Worst experience ever at this Hardees location!! Had an issue with my order and the manager on duty was horribly rude and didnt even attempt to find a solution to the issue. Contacted corporate and come to find out she was wrong and easily could have fixed the problem so either doesnt know how to do the job or just doesn’t care to do it properly.

So whoever was doing the drive-thru the last several times I’ve been through. They are not patient enough to operate a drive-thru after I’m done ordering one thing and I start to order another meal for other family members the person running the drive-thru just kept cutting me off and giving me a total. Also I am female and I do not like being called Sir all the time. Other than that the food was hot and fresh and service was actually pretty quick.

I myself love coming to Hardee’s when getting a fast food craving, but my last time going made me feel a level of disappointment and anger that i usually don’t feel often. The woman in the drive through was very rude in not only her speech patterns, but in her words themselves. She made it very obvious that she had no care and was annoyed as all hell. When i got to the window after ordering my food I was greeted (if you can call it that) with a apathetic face and not even an utter of my total. My food took forever and my tenders were half cold already which left me very upset at the rapid quality deterioration I’ve been noticing lately. The food is good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Stayed in the driveway line what seem like forever to receive burnt French toast dippers and sausage biscuits. It’s time to get things back together. If you can’t deliver quality food and customer service bc you don’t have enough workers just close the doors.
