Last 2 times I’ve been here I ordered a breakfast platter. Drive thru. I guess you also have to ask for forks now. Neither time have I got a fork. Try eating biscuits and gravy with fingers. At least give me a napkin to wipe my hands.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Common sense will not be found anywhere in this restaurant. If they mess your order up, they will charge you again to receive what you ordered in the first place. And if they are out of what you ordered, they will still charge you for it and then replace it with something of lesser value rather than attempting to make the customer happy or simply letting them know the product isn’t available while ordering.

The food is usually pretty good. However on my last visit on Friday 2/3/23. I ordered a number 11, and 2 number 5s with only mustard and lettuce. When I got the food home the chicken sandwich was correct but the burgers had mustard ketchup onions and lots of pickles. I still gave 4 stars bc usually it’s always right

Hardee’s has went to pieces. well Stafford drive has… since COVID there has been a bad change in the breakfast. Lunch is ok. I’m not bashing. I’m sure the clientele has slowed too. It will recover.
