Empty for a reason. Was asked to pull up when nobody is there which was okay. I was told by the cashier they needed to make the burger. The cashier comes out to my car 15 minutes later just to ask me what I ordered… and was like oh we dont have to cook that, brought out the food 5 mins later and it was cold. Why did take so long when i was the only one there??? Did not mind the wait for decent food.

The reason I gave them a 2..my husband and I saw the cashier literally spit in the drive thru ice. Y’all ! We told the manager right in front of him. Guess what ? The manager is cleaning out the ice and this kid wasn’t fired on the spot. He’s still serving your food thru the drive thru !!!!
