Extremely short staffed and toasty and humid inside. The windows also were very grimy and the tables were sticky. The food was subpar and many of the options for drinks and sauces were out. I wish the best for them but they could use an extensive redo on staffing, maintenance, and products. 🙂

The food was fresh and hot. Even tho I know what I want I still need time to make up my mind and I didn’t feel rushed. The service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was clean and so we’re the facilities.I love this Hardee’s because they use real tomato, onions and lettuce and not dehydrated onions or days old tomatoes and lettuce.I stop at this Hardee’s every time I am in town. Which is often because of family in Bluefield.

The only thing this place has that’s any good is apple pie. I swore I wasn’t going to eat at ANY hardees after the way I was treated at the one on Stafford drive but my dad wanted a biscuit and gravy so I went thru this one hoping it would be better. It wasn’t. They, all hardees, used to have the best biscuits around, these were flat and falling apart, we spent $23 for 2 biscuits and a biscuit and gravy and apple pie. Total waste of money. I had to take the bacon off of my biscuit because it smelled soured.. it was awful

Trash service. They just tell you they’re out of stuff because they don’t feel like making. What tenders they would provide were burnt to a crisp and look like they sat there all day. Just fed them to my dog. Thank you to the employees who lack so little respect to the people that give them business for their paychecks. Glad we could waste our money.

I eat at this Hardess everyday, it’s bad they know my order lol. They are the best Hardee’s hands down. Always extremely fast & the food is extremely good. They are always so friendly! I love this Hardees & never plan on getting breakfast elsewhere!
