All the workers were polite and helpful. Pop machine in lobby was down and pop we did get was flat with an odd taste. Food wasn’t too bad pretty typical of fast food and prices are typical. Now their breakfast is the best in the area but we went for lunch.

I would rate the Chapmanville Hardee’s a zero if it would let me. Everytime I eat there, I never get a correct order. They don’t put all the ingredients on there burgers that they are advertising. The Frisco burger is suppose to come with tomatoes on it and this is the only store that never puts them on, and when u call them to ask them they say that they’re out of them. They should tell you when you’re placing an order if they are out of something, but instead just leave it off. The fries this time were old fries reheated and burnt which is very disgusting. This Hardee’s either needs shut down, new management that cares about their customers, or just not bother with anything. The one star was forced bc you can’t rate a zero. Corporate needs to examine this place inside and out.

Says they open at 5am on week days, I stop to go through the drive -thru and see all the lights off and employees standing outside smoking cigarettes..with 1 or more vehicles in line waiting. I’m there at 5:10am and see this. Good food, if they would manage their employees better.

I drive about 45 minutes to get a Pork Chop Biscuit and a Gravy and Biscuit a couple of times a week. Also, occasionally a Specialty Biscuit. As good as a Fast Food Breakfast anywhere. Friendly, Smiling, Courteous Service Everytime for me…..

This place…wow! Took me no joke 25 min to get 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. Food was nasty! It was slopped together and was plain tasting. Forgot to season the meat or something. Then they said sorry we forgot and gave us 2 pies for our inconvenience. 25 minute wait was so well worth the 2 pies but didnt complain we just wanted our food. Then the food was cold! By time we tried to go back they were closed. But told us to come back tomorrow and they will make it right. Told him we are from ohio and leaving early morning so that does us no good. So we are pretty much out on the $32.00 we spent. So not sure if making it right tomorrow would have actually happened…benefit of doubt maybe they would have…

I was told this Hardee’s is nasty, and I should have listened. I got a Frisco burger, the bun wasn’t grilled but of a bread consistency. The meat was so salty I could barely stand it, and I love salt! The curly fries even had a weird taste. DO NOT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor and go next door to the dairy deight.

I’ll be honest. The food is great here but they could due with keeping the doors shut. Any time I choose to eat inside there are flies, and the wait times are pretty long most of the time due to the understaffing. That is a corporate fault though. The actual restaurant is decent though with very nice people working here, and they do there best.

Usually pretty fast, but it took 8-10 minutes to place our order. There were three other customers. I ordered a country ham biscuit and a chicken biscuit. The ham was not country ham and about half as much as normal. The chicken biscuit was cooked well, warm and very tasty. Unfortunately our order was to go so I didn’t discover the ham until I was down the road.
