The food is pretty good and they have one manager that is great but today was awful. Went in to try and order. Used the restroom and then as I was going to the counter this group of employees were just standing there talking to another employee who was sitting eating. One girl looked at me and asked if I was door dashing and I informed I just wanted to place an order to go. She rudely said the inside was closed. I left and said having a sign would have been nice. Have no idea what the difference between placing a to go order inside versus through the drive through is but I left with no food and they lost a loyal customer.

I have been coming to this location for years. The customer service is okay at best but I usually don’t pay it no mind. Today though I bought a 30 dollar order got pulled up which is no problem cause usually this means fresh food and received burnt biscuits. The lady at the window was unprofessional and also disregarded the fact I said I was veteran. Absolutely terrible and I Absolutely will not return to Hardee’s on webb

I ordered a 12 PC family. The chicken was fried so hard. The wings were so had they didn’t have any meat in them. You couldn’t even eat them. They didn’t give me not one drum stick. It was terrible and for 37.35 they should be ashamed. Just because you get food though the drive true don’t mean you should get some mess.

I ordered a biscuits and gravy combo . This is on Monday morning . So I have my card ready . The manager snaps 2 times and says that the card reader is on at drive through . Then she gives my meal with no fork and didn’t ask if I needed anything else , like ketchup. Right after my rude experience with the manager I see her go out to a vehicle right beside the store that was waiting on food and she just hands it to them without saying anything . I mean what a rude experience that everyoneust have coming to this location .
