I placed a mobile order ahead of arriving. The emails said to go in and let them know when I get there. I do that and they tell me the order is not there. At first, I thought maybe I made a mistake with the location, so I asked them if I’m at the correct location, showing them my email confirmation. They told me they didn’t know the address of their own restaurant, where they come to work, I assume several times a week. So I asked if the phone number shown was correct, the shift manager couldn’t tell me if it was the correct number. I asked them what I needed to do to get my order (it was for $75 prepaid in the app). The manager told me I don’t know what you need to do. I asked whom I needed to call, and she said maybe call corporate. I asked for the number, and she told me she didn’t know it. I then asked, So how do we fix this and she turned around and just walked away. I was upset at this point and told her, I’m still talking to you, and it is very rude to just give me your back and walk away. The cashier, who was much nicer, told her he is still talking to you. The manager just turned to her and said, “I already told him, I don’t have the order on the screen so I can’t do anything for him” then proceeded to just walk away. She then returned and told me I could wait for her general manager to arrive in about 30 minutes to see what could be done here. Then, about 5 minutes or so later, my order finally appeared on their screen and then started to make it. This all took about 35 min or more for me to get my food and out of that restaurant. The manager took no responsibility for the situation, didn’t try to help me out, and was extremely rude. I will never set foot again in this place.

This is one of the better Hardee’s. The order taker was pleasant the food was prepared relatively quickly for the large order I placed and it was hot and fresh. They even deep fried my peach and cream pies just for my order so they would be steaming hot! Whenever I am in Hillsboro I will definitely be stopping by for more. Next to the cookout which Hillsboro does not have, Hardee’s have the best hot dogs in the area!

The service was relatively fast but my sandwich was very weak. Only 2 slices of paper thin ham on a 4 dollar sandwich is ridiculous.

The biscuits were cut into hearts for Valentine’s day! It was surprisingly tasty. Great Hardee’s location. All the breakfast was good. We make sure to come to this location – it’s the best!

I was on a road trip and decided to stop and grab a quick bite. I used the drive through and it took a little bit of time to get my food but nothing too long. I ordered the chicken tenders combo, the food I received was hot and fresh. The drive through attendant was polite. Over good experience.

Cheap breakfast and not bad for the price. Would recommend it if you’re just looking for a cheap place to eat and don’t want to cook or you’re on vacation looking for cheap.
