Whoever was working the drive thru at around 8:45pm tonight was very rude. We were trying to order chicken tenders and before my mom was even able to finish what she was saying, he cut her off with an attitude saying they didn’t have any chicken tenders. This is the second time we’ve come here around this time and they supposedly did not have chicken tenders or didn’t thaw any out. Perhaps their hours need to be cut if they don’t want to cook anything an hour and 15 minutes before they close?

I normally don’t give bad reviews but this hardees was terrible . The food was great but the staff had bad attitudes and was nasty with each other as well . My cashier was rude as in he acted like it was terrible that he had to serve me . I love hardees but this place needs some people skills training or something.

Extremely thankful for the three people who showed up for their shift tonight. They were extremely busy, but incredibly polite and very communicative of wait times. This location truly has turned around for the better in terms of hiring quality staff members and not just bodies. Phenomenal customer service really goes far with how prices are going currently. So the two men who worked drive thru & the single cook in the back making EVERYONES dinner tonight. Profound work! I will be back again, for you three!
