It’s Wednesday, July 5th at 7:30 pm. I haven’t been to Hardee’s on College Road in Greensboro in a long time for various reasons. This was ultimately the best experience I’ve had in years. The cashier was past professional. She was dressed immaculate and polite. Everything was hot and prepared well. Thank you for making my day!!!

So not sure if it was Hossanna or not but her service at the speaker was terrible . She rushed us to make an order and act like she had an attitude when he ordered more than one meal . When we got to the window she barely spoke loud enough for anyone to hear her and kept rolling her eyes when we was nice to her the entire time . I like Hardee’s but that customer service is a big NO. Make me not wanna come back .

Sucks to drive 20 minutes to get food for them not to be open. Online said seven but you put a sign on the drive-through that says eight. Constantly putting wrong items in the bag this location has went downhill.

Ordered a hotdog and chicken tenders told me to pull into a spot and wait I waited 20 minutes before going inside and asking where my food was only for them all to look at each like they had no idea nobody was inside or drivethru nobody said sorry or anything just slowly walked back and made my food and handed it to me.

I waited 25 mins for a hot ham sandwich and onions rings. Onion rings were cold and so was sandwich. The guy working in the back keeps leaving the back to go out in the parking lot and talk with his buddies who keep coming in and out of the store. The people in the thru keep backing out and coming in cause nobody is taking orders at the drive thru. I was also asked 5 times if my food was take out or dine in.
