Hand Breaded chicken anything from Hardee’s is good, however this particular location only offered A medium and Large for my combo options as if the small doesn’t exist. Then when I asked for a strawberry lemonade drink the failed to inform me that it only comes in one size. Had I known I would have ordered a small combo and saved money I, only agreed to the limited offered options and choose a medium because I wanted a bigger drink than the small. I don’t like medium fries and they was stingy with the mayo on the sandwich. So in essence I paid extra for the medium and extra for the strawberry lemonade only to get nothing that I expected or wanted. This was a terrible experience that left a undesirable taste in my mouth.

My encounter started at 9:00 a.m. in Hardee’s I walked up to the counter Ken was already in a bad mood with the manager for coming back there to get him because he had customers out front, but he was in the back Ken came up he was complaining, and just not having a good morning. Very few people on staff, but this group worked VERY WELL together! The lady at the register took inside and drive-thru orders, bagged them all up herself, prepared the drinks, collected the payments, and distributed out the food. She was AMAZING!

Normally this place is good but today it sucked. I ordered a super bacon biscuit combo with a coffee and a super sausage biscuit combo with a coffee. I received one biscuit, and two coffees and now the line is too long to get my food. I’m not coming back for at least a month. I’m hungry, and now I’m eating crackers that I left between my seat cushions.

Sat in the drive thru 20 minutes. Ended up leaving before ordering or getting food. Made me late for an appointment. Very disappointing, have been a fan of Hardee’s for a long time, but can’t seem to find a decent one around anymore. Its a shame.
