Service was very poor. The guy who took my order had a very poor attitude like it was an inconvenience that I was there. There was not a single other customer in the lobby nor the Drive through. Even with that my one sandwich still took over ten minutes to get while they are all in the back of the kitchen cussing and laughing with one another. The burger was great but the fries were extra crispy as if they through already done fries back in the fryer. Wouldn’t come back to this location again.

Readvised the 2 star to 4 stars. I went to give this location a 2nd chance. I was pleasantly surprised by hot, fresh food. However, changing oil regularly provides a customer with a good experience. Friendly advice. Drive thru fast and friendly.

We went here a few Sundays ago and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had for fast food in a long time! Xavier was friendly and quick to take our order, the restaurant was clean and fresh and food was so good.. I really can’t get over the impression Hardee’s has made on me,.. I don’t know if it’s this franchise in particular but great job!

I came in to order as when I go through the drive thru my order is never right. I stand at the counter for 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, meanwhile the place is being run by a handful of teenage kids who are standing around joking and playing, meanwhile I’m standing there looking at the in disbelief… And there’s a Manger standing in the midst of all these teenagers cutting up with the rest of them. That is one sorry excuse for a restaurant of any kind, finally about 13-15 minutes later I finally get my food, never again, don’t go to Hardee’s on broad St!

There were no cats in the parking lot, so we weren’t sure if they were open, but they were; we went through the drive thru. I ordered two $5 meals- one with cheeseburger no onions, fried and a drink. The second was a ham and cheese with fries and a large drink. We received a cheeseburger no onion, fries and large drink. The second sandwich however, was a cheeseburger with onions, large fries and drink. The fries on both were nowhere near hot and almost limp. I asked at the window if they had some fresh ones and she said, without hesitation, no but I can do some. The fresh fries she brought out were very good.
