They barely listen to your order and then when you get to the drive thru window accuse you of not being specific about what you wanted. This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, the workers are rude and very impatient when trying to place an order. The food is either cold or burnt, I ordered a twelve piece chicken meal on Mother’s Day and when I opened the box all I smelled was a burnt odor and the chicken tasted the way it smelled, the tea comes out of the jug like syrup. My opinion they need to hire a whole new staff and maybe service and food will be better.
