Fries were not warm they were cold. They folded the bag and even smiled n told me to have a nice day knowing they gave cold not even Luke warm. I 2as so hungry driving 4 hours n wanted something…big mistake…will never go there again. Last lil few dollars n was not worth it where I spent it at this hardees..

Stopped by Hardee’s in Bailey NC today between 5 and 6. We pulled in and two employees were sitting at the side table talking. The larger of the two was wearing his cook gloves at the table but we were desperate for a break during our 4 hour drive in the weather. As we went to get out of the car the larger boy put his face to the glass and did the cut throat motion as of saying they’re closed or to not come in. The one with the greasy pony tail never looked up from his phone. I noted the hours were not “closed” and we pulled off. We stopped at a gas station on the same street to grab drinks, chip, and use the restroom. I couldn’t help but notice they served someone else just fine within 10 minutes of us pulling away. I don’t know how the food was, cleanliness of the restaurant, or inside customer service because we weren’t allowed in. I can’t imagine it was good based on the cooking gloves in the dining room touching everything and the neglect in personal hygiene we noticed immediately without making contact. 0/10

Food was wrong, cold, & the service was just worse than the food, but if you want your food to be wrong since it’s practically almost the only place in Bailey to eat go ahead. The morning time is the best time to go.

If you cannot hire enough employees you should probably not open this store. I was inside and 7th in line for at least 30 minutes. The people who work here ignore you and act like there’s nobody even in the entire store and only focus on the driver window. The manager is rude. The food sucks. Hardee’s as a brand should disown this store and close it immediately.

Worst restaurant ever!!!! Food always nasty and never fresh. Only get good food and service at 6am and 11am. Will NEVER eat here again. Bailey needs a different fast food restaurant, Hardee’s is just nasty. all of them are. Lazy staff and always busy talking and doing anything but there job.
