I recently went to Hardee’s to eat, now usually the experience is very good and food is very warm, the wait time is not too short but not too long, just right for the food to be warm, although today was not what I expected at all, we order at 8:22 and it took till 8:50 to get our food, on top of that the food was cold, not satisfied with tonight’s experience. If you come here to eat, definitely avoid coming at night. They’re was no team coordination, and orders were not in order.

The quality of food you get here has a lot to do with when you go. Breakfast is great, lunch hour/mid day food is good, by the night shift there’s a noticeable change in the food. For some reason I get 70% less chili on my chili dog when I go at night. My fries are always cold at night. And my double cheeseburger has patty’s that seem like they’ve been sitting for hours waiting for me. The lack of consistency has officially lost me as a customer. I don’t mind waiting, but when I pull up to wait and my food still looks like this, it’s happened one time too many.

We’ve been to this location several times, and today was the last time. Every time we go here, our burgers are always burned with black, bitter edges and dry with not enough toppings. My husband’s burger today was burned and black like charcoal on the edges, and he said it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and reheated. The food is always cold, too, even when we have to wait for our orders to be prepared. This location is awful! Stay away!

Breakfast was excellent! Hardee’s has the best breakfast. I did have to pull up and wait for my food after I paid for it at drive thru but it was worth it because everything was fresh.

Went through the drive through, ordered a Frisco sandwich combo – the cashier asked that I park in the 2nd parking spot and someone would bring out food… waited at least 10 minutes, a worker came out with the wrong order, went back in and no one else came out, after waiting an additional 10 minutes. Went in to get money back, the person in charge act as if they did not want to refund me, and tried to give me a ham sandwich in the place of a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo…just sorry service all of the way around. Save your money, don’t waste your time going to this place.
