Ordered yesterday (5/11/23) online. Sent text alerting them we were on our way to pick up. When we arrived, cashier said they did not have my order. I told her I have it on my phone. When I got to the drive through window… they found our order. Of coarse it wasn’t ready so we had to pull up. Nice lady brought our food out after about 15 minutes. Order wasn’t correct. We received fries instead of onion rings which was an up charge. Told the nice lady we didn’t get onion rings and we had to wait more… When we finally were able to go and got home, we didn’t have our apple turnovers. The food that we did receive was good, but the service was terrible. The purpose of online ordering is for the food to be ready and the order to be right. We’ll try a different Hardees next time.

I picked u a 8 pc dinner, with strings beans was a substitute after they did t have cold slaw and I got mash potatoes. The mash potatoes was cold as milk, not taste or flavor. It appeared that someone poured milk in powder potatoes and they was refrigerator cold with string beans in the potatoes. The chicken was warm I’m sure it was not fresh. Im very displeased and I will NEVER patronize this business again . I tried calling but never got an answer. Ohhhh the tea was unsweetened I did not ask for unsweetened tea. I spet 27 dollars for nothing. Whoever the manager is need to make sure this business is giving the customer satisfactory customer service.

We just ordered two 10 piece chicken and biscuits and by far the best! Hot, fresh, juicy, just good even down to the bone . My family was very pleased with the food and the service on this visit. My fiancé even called the store and talked to the manager to give them a compliment on the chicken. Definitely will be returning!
