First off, I received a lackluster greeting. The cashier rang me up for a meal when I asked for the sandwich only, when I tried to repeat that I asked for the sandwich only and what I wanted on it, she cut me off and said “I got it” in an irritated voice. The cashier rushed me by cutting me off through the entire order. The item that she said she “got” was actually prepared wrong so I had to go back and correct the order. The food was hot but the customer service will definitely stop me from going back. Who wants to pay almost 30.00 for food and be treated in that manner. It’s not worth it, especially when other restaurants in town sell the same thing.

Ridiculous and rude. Customer service seems nonexistent in so many venues these days. I mean, this is fast food, so I’m not expecting proper English and fancy attire, but kindness and professionalism aren’t asking too much. We placed our order in the drive thru, and it was a bit of a struggle, but we made it. FYI, their menu is completely different from other Hardee’s we’ve been to. We upsized all the drinks and ordered a Coke, Cherry Coke, and Coke Zero, and 2 kid’s meals with orange soda no ice. Well, the first drink she hands me is a medium Coke Zero. I said it was supposed to be large. She tells me, “Well, I just got back, and it says medium.” I reiterated that I ordered a large, and it wasn’t a large. She looks all irritated and checks with others inside, who are acting like they’re at a high school get-together rather than a job. She comes back and reiterates the medium. I said, “Well, I’m telling you what I ordered, and I’d like what I ordered please.” So she tells me that I need to pay the additional $1.28. So, as the line is growing around the building behind me, I pull my wallet back out to dig out the addition to my already $47 dollar bill. As she hands me my food, and then finally the correct size drinks with disdain avoiding eye contact, and turning to go, I remind her of the two kids drinks that were supposed to have no ice. Any guesses on whether or not they had ice??? You guessed it. They had ice. Oy. So I dig into my chicken BLT, hoping what was pictured on the board will redeem a horrible customer service experience and be worth the crazy price paid, and ugh. The chicken was the size of a large flat tender, and rather than the light golden brown crispy breading pictured, this was more of a dark brown, overcooked, maybe refried a couple times, crispy. It was so overcooked that the layers of chicken were separating like a nicely cooked flaky filet of fish would. The fries were somewhat grease-laden and certainly weren’t worthy of a fresh adjective in front. I would not recommend this place for the grub or service. The only positive was a 96.0 sanitation score. The other 2 meals were, at best, a 6/10, according to their consumers.

No greeting at drive thru. OK. Wasn’t paying attention when speaking anyway. Because we had to repeat every item requested, 2 or 3 times. Not a long wait when we approached the drive-thru window & paid. Received our drinks. Wasn’t told which cup was what flavor. Nor were the cups marked. For us, it makes a difference due to health reasons. Since no straws were given, I checked the bag before we drove away. No cars were behind us while we waited for somebody to notice us there. So I asked my husband to honk the horn & get somebody’s attention. Since there were AT Least 5 ppl standing there chatting. No response & we waited. I asked him again. So he honked. Finally, a response. Got attitude & no words as the window opened. Husband politely asked for straws for the drinks. Still no words, rude or polite. Received straws & I said thank you. The girl just straight-faced stared me down as we drove away. Makes no sense for the disconnect, rudeness, or attitude. What happened to good customer service.
