I get that 10:45 AM is a little early for lunch, but that’s also very late to be wanting breakfast. I think 10:30 would be a reasonable time to have lunch available. Really even 10 AM because the other fast food places like McDonald’s start serving lunch at 10. Matching your competitor’s standards and services is Business 101.

While door dashing I had an order to pick up at this location. I witnessed some of the worst customer service ever. 3 employees sitting in the lobby doing absolutely nothing. Not one even got up to come help me at the counter. I talked to the only employee that helped and he stated that he was called in from another store. The amount of laziness is insane.

I waited in the drive thru for 18 mins. They were not busy and there was no other cars in the drive thru when I arrived. I got to work an opened my food an I had some small little chicken strips that look like they were recooked… I’m so disappointed an it’s not the first time I felt this way about Hardee’s… Total waist of time and money… if you can avoid eating there please do!!!
