A Cool Guy
Better than they used to be last year! This Hardees went through a struggle to find employees for a long time today they are still short staffed but they make it work the best they can. They clean thoroughly when they can spare an employee from the register or the kitchen, service is often slow because only one person takes drive through orders and dinning area orders. It’s tough out there and this place is putting their best foot foward.

The Atmosphere is nothing new clean for the most part bathroom is horrible, the temperature is cool and the seating area is clean on slow days. Customer service definitely can use some polishing, I don’t wanna feel like when I give my order that you don’t wanna take don’t wanna work there, and that you’re not listening. Most of the time my order is wrong I just don’t send it back because of the unwanted feeling coming from the service. Breakfast time park and go in because it’s gonna take forever to get your food. And still it will be cold and unpleasant to eat. Maybe they will get it right one day.

Plan on pulling forward and waiting more than 20 minutes for your drive through order to come out. The McDonald’s across the street served at least 30 cars while we waited. Other people waiting got fed up too.

Biscuit was wet and soggy, coffee was old and cold! Place was filthy, when I asked to speak to the manager, they said they didn’t know where she was, but she wouldn’t be gone long. As much as I enjoy my Hardee’s in Jacksonville, I will never return to the pig pen in Burgaw!

This Wilmington unit located between 16th and 17th streets was not too busy, probably due to their torn up or inoperative two-way intercom system at their drive-through. Nevertheless, their sales person skillfully remembered our order to a “T”, by repeating what was ordered and promptly got our takeout order quickly! Being able to remember orders, few register attendants, especially handling customer orders correctly is an awesome feat!! Management would be absolutely crazy not to recognize this type of potential!!

The service here has gone way down hill. Most mornings I stop for a ham and cheese biscuit on my way to work. Half the time I’m told they aren’t open yet due to call outs. When they are open on time for breakfast i have no complaints.. my biscuit is always very good. Lunch or dinner though don’t expect anything fresh. Stale fries, dried out burgers etc. And that’s when you actually get your fries most of the time they forget to give you your fries. You get pulled up and have to wait 8-15 minutes to get your food and then end up with cold stale fries

Terrible customer service, didn’t seem to care, never put our order out after 10 minutes and multiple other people getting their order that ordered after us I went up there and cashier tried to claim she called out for our order but she never even put our order together other than that food was normal hardees quality, good parking for people pulling trailers with a passenger vehicle
