Went to the drive through and it was a great experience for me. Normally I avoid it but was in a rush and it was empty. They have Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce dipping cups wow. I had to back up and get an extra 1.

Women’s bathroom had sticky floor, dirty, no soap. Soda/tea area dirty – doesn’t look to have been cleaned in a while. No napkins – although manager did deliver some to our table. Messed order up, gave it to someone else. Not impressed.

Always worry when the place is a ghost town at the height of meal time. I can see why. Burger haphazardly throw together. Bun on the soggy side and just not that great. Fries were cold and old. Will definitely be passing this one by next time though this way

Waited 24 minutes inside. Still received old fries and burgers. Full wait including the line had to be well over 30 minutes. Tables and lobby were clean, bathrooms were horrendous with no paper towels. No sense of urgency from any of the staff which makes it so much worse. If this is a franchise..sell it. If this is a corporate location, you need upper management here ASAP. Will never give this location a second chance.

THIS dirty, old grease frying, hard biscuit making place needs to be SHUT DOWN. They dont know how to make a damn biscuit. You get hash rounds fried in old grease. You get either a cold biscuit or a hard one & it don’t are no sense . The managers are terrible and so it reflect on its workers. Never again !

This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was all fighting. The manager came thru & yelled at them then disappeared. Waited forever for food. It was cold & the order was wrong. The bathroom was disgusting. One toilet was about to tip over it was so loose. Others behind us asked for a refund after waiting so long.

Just passing through on a Wednesday at lunch to get some drive thru in a hurry. Ordered 2 meals right away but got up to the window, paid, handed 2 drinks and told to pull up (ugh). 13 minutes later from the time we ordered, lady came out talking on her phone (now I see the priorities are). Being in a hurry we pulled off only to discover WE ONLY GOT ONE OF THE TWO meals and NO NAPKINS. I won’t be stopping here again anytime soon.

Walking in the floor was sticky. Food took forever to get and when eating noticed the burger patty was raw. Sent it back and the next one came out raw also. No napkins condiments sweet tea. All around a terrible place to stop to eat and the kitchen worker just hangs outside the door on his phone

Stopped on our way to the beach. No one was in the restaurant except the 6 employees.Ordered 2 meals one with a burger the other a chicken sandwich. Then other people came in and ordered burgers she gives them our burger and after 20 minutes we still have no food. The woman that I guess was the manager is saying where’s their food over and over. By then the idiots realize nobody even cooked any chicken for the sandwich not to mention they gave our burger to someone else. Finally just said we want our money back. How can 6 people that are supposed to be getting a paycheck not make one burger and one chicken sandwich. I think you need someone there that has a brain!
