All I ordered was a famous star burger with no tomatoes. Just the burger. The burger was absolutely disgusting!! It was cold!! It had rotten onions on it and so much sauce that you could not even see the burger. Sauce everywhere. It’s sad that your employees can not do a better job than this. I wish I could post a picture of how awful it looks. Thats okay though. I will post it on Facebook on the sneads ferry page for all of the ferry to see.

We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches (new ones) and a few orders of fries. Absolutely disgusting and I worked fast food/food service for 10 years. I don’t usually complain, but Hardee’s is usually pretty good, especially the hand-breaded chicken tenders. But these sandwiches were not fully cooked, the fries were soggy and half cooked, the chicken patty was swallowed in size by the bun, and we had to wait an extra 10 mins for a piece of our order. I just want my money back; I understand they were under staffed as hell, but we only had one person behind us and it was an employee. Bad service, that’s all I can say. $18 for half cooked food; my wife could only eat half because she was starving and I threw mine away.

Fast and friendly service. Food was good and made how I wanted them to make it. But they need to keep the lobby and tables clean after each person leaves their table instead of running their mouths behind the counter doing nothing.
