Service was prompt and friendly but the food was not good. The photo is the hand breaded chicken biscuit. No chicken… just a couple lumps of breading and a bit of what might be some meat but not recognizable. The sausage and egg biscuits were dry yet super greasy. I’ve always loved Hardee’s biscuits, but I think our whole family agreed. We won’t be back after this experience.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment, let alone having the order taken. Then left without ordering. There was one other person there who was going on 20 minutes waiting on an order. Again, it wasn’t lunch rush or that they were slammed… there was no one else there and one employee was just tucked in the corner playing on their phone. Clearly they don’t care about the business.

Food was ok in quality. Workers are distracted and messed up my order due to random conversations. No condiments and I had to remind them I needed a drink. They showed NO work ethic in lunch rush. Customer service starts with the counter. Put customers first and personal conversations second.
