I went through the drive through around 10 AM, near the end of them serving breakfast. The service was fantastic and speedy, both of my sandwiches were made correct and they were great, though the chicken could’ve been fresher and hotter. Thank y’all for another great breakfast experience! Harold, Dylan, Tyreke and Chrystal were the ones there from what I know, great job y’all!

I ordered the big ham and cheese sandwich and what I got was not near the way the food is supposed to look like. I got a miniature version of a bun with hardly any ham versus the size of a sandwich should be. I’m been disappointed every time I go to this Hardee’s because it’s supposed to.look similar to the picture. That’s the selling point and people I’ve talked to around town have been saying the same thing. Bang for the buck? This should be 50¢ to a dollar for what I got!

We tried the chicken sandwich and the standard smaller burger with fries for each. We ordered, fixed our drinks and sat down. Service was very prompt. I don’t know the deal with Hardee’s but you would think that they could get two simple sandwich items right. Nope, not today.

I’ve had several bad experiences here, the 2 most prominent being I ordered a plain hamburger with mustard. I got one with just ketchup. Funny sure. Today I ordered 2 meals neither of which had fries. Just stay away from the bad service. It’s not worth the hassle.

Employees always have something better to do than fake your order. Also acted like it was a problem that I was there. After my food was cooked she threw the bag on the counter didn’t even tell me it was mine just walked away. And after all that the burger was burnt and inedible so I threw it out and left.

I honestly don’t know why I continue to visit the Hardee’s in Bridgeton. Ordered a “hot ham & cheese” sandwich and as usual very rude in drive-thru, took forever for only having one vehicle in front of me and the quality of the food is never made with love. Just slapped on the bun and not even worth the $9 I paid for meal. 2 slices of ham! Really!! I believe the so called manager needs to reassess who they have employed and say to themselves are they worth what they are getting paid. If one of my employees would have treated my guests this way they would be in the unemployment line!!
