Good Location. The General Manager took our order @ the cash register and worked just as a regular employee. He was friendly and polite. The food was good too. Hash rounds was a little greasy but that goes with fast food. I just got some extra napkins and sqashed most of the grease out before I ate those with ketchup.

You have to Ask For Fresh Food. If you dont you will get food thats been sitting in window all morning.they gave me old biscuits, then said it would be 15 min on fresh and its 9 am in morning. So i just ask for my money back. Manager had an attitude because i ask for a fresh biscuit.I got had again. Jan 29 2020. Brown hard eggs and rubber biscuits. These biscuit werent fit for a dog. 2 managers and i got biscuits that look like this. Sad .

I had to drop my rating of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3. I have been ripped off 3 times now. First time I ordered the bacon beast biscuit and there were only 2 pieces of bacon on it. There were supposed to have been several pieces on it. So I paid more for this biscuit, when they really only gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I told them about it the next morning and was told that I would be taken care of because of it. I ordered the same thing again, but it was the same. Definitely was not taken care of. Second time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and when I got to work, there was no bacon on it! Third time I ordered a couple of sandwiches for breakfast, the bill was for $8.32. I gave them $8 in cash and asked them to charge my credit card the remaining 32 cents. That evening, I checked my account and my card was charged $6.30! So I paid $14.30 for a breakfast that was only supposed to be $8.32! This is the Hardee’s on Lenoir Rhyne Blvd in Hickory NC

Well the food was good as it is all the time but as I have found out the customer service and general atmosphere has a lot to be desired for in about all of the Hardee restaurant’s I have eaten at. And is it just me or does the price continue to rise .by far the most expensive fast food to date.
