Horrible!!! Used to be great, but has gotten bad. Slow. Cold food. Bad service. The other morning my gravy was sideways in my bag and the lid was not on good. Then my roast beef sandwich was so wet, it soaked through the bun, the container and the bag before I got a block away. They lost their care and my dollar.

Stop by Sunday evening around 7pm, came through the drive through, Nobody else in line so i was expecting to get my food quick andbe on my way. When ordering fast food I always speak very polite and kind because I understand customer service jobs so I always try to make it easy for the employees. The lady in drive through was very rude to me. I explained my order I wanted and requested no ketchup on my burger. She kinda yelled at me that the sandwich doesn’t come with ketchup. Geesh I didn’t know….it looked like it on the pic at the menu. Anyway…as I was paying for my food she had a very unwelcoming demeanor almost hostile. After such poor customer service to add more insult to injury, waited almost 20 mins and my fries were super cold and burger looked like it was thrown together. I will never return to this Hardees

Order was wrong, hamburgers weren’t plain like I ask, chicken tenders not cooked cold inside, shake wasn’t mixed so chocolate was more like vanilla with chocolate dribble, the whip topping was all over the cup just a huge disappointment.

DON’T DO IT!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. Placed my order and pulled up to the window. There was no one else in line. Took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window. When a young lady finally did, she didn’t even acknowledge me, just extended her arm with her hand open. I gave her my card and waited more another 10 minutes before it was returned. I was then asked to pull forward and wait. 20 minutes since I placed my order, and now I’m asked to wait???? She finally brought s bag out, and we made sure to check it. Half the order was missing so I checked the receipt. They definitely charged me for it, so I went inside to ask for the rest of my order. There were no employees anywhere in sight. I waited, and finally 4 employees emerged from the back of the store. The same girl approached me, and I told her what happened. She never even spoke, just looked at me and gave a dirty look while shaking her head, as if I was inconveniencing her. Several minutes later I have the rest of my order, which was placed on the counter without a word, and she rudely walked away. I checked the bag, and guess what…still items missing. Overall it took almost an hour to get 2 orders of their 10 chicken strips special. Just Wow!!
