Amber was at the window taking care of my daughter and me today. She was so kind and considerate. I wound up going through the line twice since my daughter didn’t have a decision ready earlier on. The attendant at the drive through window (9/1/2022 @ 8:22 am, order ID 34988680554698) was absolutely perfect. Such an excellent attitude. No matter how the food tasted, she is the reason this place gets 4 stars. What an asset to Hardee’s. Wish more places had employees with her attitude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Hardee’s usually is great with these. Not today, poorly put together and biscuit crumbled in my hands. Not a big deal! The attendant was perfect and made my outlook on the day better by her cheerful attitude and phenomenal smile.

Only one in line waited almost 20 min in the dining room and nobody took my order. When you do finally get food the fries are cold,meat is burnt and bread is stale. If I could give them 0 stars i would. Avoid this place at all cost.

Specifically asked for no lettuce, due to an allergy, all burgers had lettuce on them, when called and spoke to management, was told they don’t remember putting lettuce on them. Took food back and showed them their lettuce. Will not return, store has gone down
