I received coupons from Hardee’s in the mail today….MADE FROM PLASTIC, like the perforated grocery store scan tabs you get to pull apart for your keychain, but for ONE use and only for a limited time. That is the worst marketing decision I have ever seen and it offends me and should offend you. It is bad enough spamming my mailbox with coupons, but to double down on corporate waste by printing what I imagine must be millions of plastic coupon sheets is just bad management and a blatant disregard for the future of our planet. It is a disgusting marketing campaign that at best is complete ignorance of what plastic does when you throw it out – where it goes and what it kills, for example – and at worst a signal that if you are aware of the consequences you just don’t, as a corporation, really give a ****. Either way, be ashamed. Do better with your massive profits. I cannot believe how little sense this makes, that someone in a boardroom said, “Hey, that’s a great idea, lets print coupons for one week on plastic sheets that will last forever in the oceans and landfills.” Way to go, Hardee’s. Way to destroy life on earth. You won’t get any more of my money, ever.

Stopped here while traveling. Needed food before finding a room for the night. Girl at the drive thru was rude & very unfriendly. In my a big fat food eating person but when traveling sometimes you have to. But, I would like to say the food was actually pretty good. 4 of us traveling & we were all satisfied with what we got!

Had to get a breakfast platter to share with my pups I was dogsitting…I spoil them rotten. The gravy is always hot and the biscuit wasn’t overcooked. The ham was delicious. The eggs are always cold and rubbery but the dogs don’t mind…or the potato rounds. They forgot to give me my water though…

Eating breakfast and the lawn care company just came right up weedeatting next to my black car throwing trash,grass,small rocks on it. Went it to complain about it hoping I could finish eating my breakfast in piece and queit but they didn’t seem to care about any damage that could have happened or was going to they just kinda shrouded their shoulders like all well. I disabled elderly and when I do get to just eat a gravy biscuit it’s a treat and I try to enjoy it but this was very unpleasant and want be back there again. The one on green st is a lot better and nicer service

Twice in 2 weeks I’ve pulled up to menu and no one would even say anything until 3-4 min later when I ask if anybody is there and I get a rude person say hang on a min. Wait 4-5 min long and still nothing. I drove off and there’s a line wrapped around the building behind me but absolutely nobody in front of me up to the window. This Hardee’s is notorious for this.

We stopped by the drive thru for a quick lunch while traveling. They were quick to jump on speaker and grab our orders, and greet us in a neutral tone. When we got to the window we were asked to pull into an empty spot and our order would be brought out shortly. After a few minutes the order was brought to the window and everything was hot and fresh. I’m had several times with other restaurants, they ask you to pull up and then your food still comes out feeling like it was ready and just was sitting. Happily that was not the case. We also made special requests for 3 of the sandwiches, and everything came out perfect. Glad we stopped in today it was a good experience. Order was 2 kids meals, 1 hamburger made plain, 1 cheeseburger made plain, 1 star combo no onions no cheese. All soft drinks were fresh, didn’t taste watered down.
