I LOVE the hot ham and cheese. Two weeks ago, I went overboard and got four extra to snack on through the week. My only tiny complaint is the time it takes to get chicken tenders. Great customer service, as well.

First off, I love this restaurant chain and when I travel and see one I have to stop. However the last two on my current trip through NC and SC had the same problems. We were the only customers inside and we got our food so fast that it had to be precooked and just warmed up. 95% of the tables were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. Very disappointing.

This one is definitely better than the one by interstate 40. Good biscuits and bacon. The bacon can get a little fatty sometimes but that’s hardly Hardee’s fault. The service was pretty quick and food was correct. They have great deals sometimes like 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits for $4.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Hardee’s. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, an Ultimate Sausage and a drink. After waiting almost 15 minutes I had not been served. I watched multiple orders delivered that were taken after mine. At that point I requested a refund and was initially refused by the associate. I continued to demand my refund. The manager was then called by the associate as there was a customer creating a disturbance. The manager did refund, reluctantly. The worst example of management and poor customer service I ve experienced in a very long time!
