For whatever reason this store does not understand how to make a plain hamburger. Time after time I order a plain hamburger with explicit instructions that there be no cheese. Just meat and a bun. Wrong every time. It’s not that I can’t afford the cheese and your doing me this huge favor by putting it on there. I don’t want it. You literally go out of your way and take extra steps to make it wrong.

Hardee in Rocky Mount hwy 301. My order was taken asked to pull down an my food would be brought to me. Sit there about 15 minutes. Finally went in about food. Found out shift had changed that she had left an not brought my food. Shift that came on told me food was sitting on warmer but know one told him anything. He offer to cook more food but baby was in car asking about eating. So I took the chicken an fries the way they were that way it wouldn’t be hot for her. Want go to this store any more.

Rather quick service and my fries weren’t soggy, which is a plus when ordering curly fries. Will be going back as I am a big Hardee’s fan and there’s very few good (AND FAST) fast food choices in the area. Service was super nicest prompt too, we’ve been there twice and they remembered us.
