We thought “Under new management” would change things. We came here 2 years ago in June and by September the groups of men that had been meeting had all left. Because of poor service. This morning we were greeted with two employees arguing but the one gentleman was doing his best to serve people. Short of staff has been a problem here for over two years. The red head lady was taking orders on the drive in window when she announced loudly, the the gentleman in the drive in told her to go F… her self.

Great food. It’s always hot & fresh. I’ve had to be pulled up the last two nights but to be fair…. It was 30 min before closing time. The girl working the drive thru has been very friendly & nice both times. More than willing to make sure my order was perfect.

Unbelievable. Ordered 2 loaded omelet biscuits in drive thru. No receipt. Told to pull forward. Waited 15 minutes to be served a burnt biscuit with what may have been an omelet from yesterday. Horrible. Threw it away. There goes $8 for junk.

It’s Sunday morning, Hours of operation clearly marked. It’s 6:15am and there are 3 employees inside just standing around. Pathetic. Won’t come to door and explain or anything. Been coming here my whole life, but the last few months this place has gone very far downhill. All other recent reviews are now true. So good luck. Don’t stop here it’s a waste of time

I had the new sandwiches that they have and it takes so long for them to prepare them especially with nobody in front of me. This Hardee’s used to stay packed in the morning during breakfast it’s no longer like that something’s changed in this restaurant. I think we need a corporate intervention.
