Love this place and love the service in the drive through all except the app and/or website is never working as it should. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered my food come here and my order has not been in the system after double and triple checking the correct location and making sure that my receipt says everything is supposed to. Other than that food is great chicken fingers are to die for and I wouldn’t complain about anything else.

This place was terrible. There was not one thing prepared on the racks or fryer. They had 25 min wait time for a hamburger and I was the only one there! Both drink machines were out of ice they had no tea made and the bathrooms were filthy! Stay away from this rat hole! It has salmonella written all over it! I’d give less than one star but it won’t allow me to!

We ordered french toast sticks and sausage and egg biscuit. We had to wait on french toast that was fine but they did not bring out this order we had to go get them. We went in but the french toast was overcooked hard as a rock. , No syrup. The sausage and egg biscuit had cheese, we did not want cheese the sausage was not good and biscuit fell apart.

Please give the person with the black hair, a promotion. I went there and my online name popped up it “Was Jesus loves you”. I was nervous because I knew that didnt know how they would feel about that. But the person there reassured me, told me not to be ashamed of what I believe in. Left me a kind note and even threw in some apple pies with my order, I’m gonna be back there someday to give her some money, please give her a promotion.

It’s been a while since I’ve went to this particular Hardee’s,and now I remember why! From the “what do you want” greeting when I ordered,to the SEC Biscuit,that was probably made yesterday. Everything on it tasted old,it wasn’t even heat lamp warm. Sad to see,at one time Hardee’s was pretty awesome. Back to BK for me.

We noticed this area has totally improved. Trees and shrubs are trimmed and presence of panhandlers has disappeared. We feel safe going back to Hardee’s again.

I’m at the drive thru window now. I’ve paid and have been sitting here for 16 minutes. I ordered at the speaker, but when I got to the window, a different worker had no idea I had even ordered. Now, after 16 minutes, they told me to drive forward and wait. My order was ONE chicken sandwich. No fries. No drink. I’m still waiting.

I feel bad giving this review. The two employees that were working were doing their best. However the proximity to the highway makes this location a hotspot for the homeless and drug addicts. Of course the location was dirty, and service was slow.

This Hardee’s is always pretty consistent with food quality, so at least you can count on getting the standard Hardee’s fare. However, for some reason, this Hardee’s is ALWAYS understaffed. There are always only like maybe three employees at any one time and honestly, on a couple of occasions, it has seemed like there were only two people working.

I got there right as they were opening, was told they were out of fried eggs??? Just didn’t want to cook one. I ordered the monster sausage biscuit and got a flat bacon biscuit that was horrible. Thank goodness I ordered a side of gravy or I would have been really hungry…
