Sadly, there aren’t a lot of restaurant options in the small time where I live, so it’s a real pity that the Hardee’s in my area doesn’t try to up it’s game and serve the decent quality, familiar, comfort food it advertises on its menu. I have been to other locations where the same menu items are just better and fresher tasting than they are at this location. I guess when customers are starved for choice, anything goes. Having said that, so far the biscuits and gravy are a safe bet at the moment, the coffee however, not so much! And forget about the hot sliced meat sandwiches all together!!!! This location has plenty of room for improvement and it can only improve their current customer traffic!!

I went inside to get some lunch it was a somewhat long wait. The person that took my order seemed like she just was waking up and the place seemed like nobody wanted to be at work this particular day. No one had smiles on their faces just a mere observation. When in food service you have to leave whatever is bothering you at home. Put your best foot forward. It will move the day along and mingle better with customers. Better service is given at the window all the time.

On December 30 my husband and I went inside the Hardee’s of Bamberg restaurant. We could not get to the counter because trash cans were placed in front of the counter with trash overflowing from them. There was also trash on the floor. Behind the counter was very messy also with empty bags, trash, and crumbs everywhere. The customer service was decent. We were greeted and our order was taken and prepared in a timely manner. There was no explanation offered for the condition the restaurant. Not even a simple, excuse the mess. There were several people working and no one was making any attempt to clean anything.

It has been years since I been to Hardee’s, but the food taste just as good as I remember. The only reason I gave it a 3 star overall is because it took 20 minutes for my food to come out. Other then that the customer service was ok but the food was exceptional.
