Nasty. I ordered double cheeseburger with heavy pickles and asked for fresh patties. I received a double cheeseburger with old patties and wrong bread. Sandwich had more bread than meat.

Terrible I came through the drive through it took them 31 minutes to prepare my food staff was rude then told me and my spouse to pull over for 2 chicken tender combos and then said there was a power outage, and made us come into the store . We demanded for a refund they refused and also made us get our food will never visit this location again and will tell everyone I know not to come to Hardee’s at all

I went there got me a meal and some apple pies. The burger that I had think it was all Star Burger it was okay the fries were not full and half done with a large order and the pies seem half cooked as well. Only 3 employees and next time I would rather spend money else where.

Ordered a California double without the sauce. Took 30 minutes to get the order and the sandwich had sauce on it. The sandwich was cold also.. The guy that took my order had me to pull up and gave 3 orders out behind me. I walked in to get my food and they told me they were getting my order together. After he took his hand and and wiped his nose he then reheated my onion rings in grease. Never washed their hands going from the register and preparing food. I just threw all of it in the trash. SMH a waist.. I will not go back!!!!

Ordered delivery got confirmation at 10:17 am food supposed to be delivered 10:47. Outside waiting at 10:47 i get a text saying order canceled. Called store and person was argumentative told me I didn’t place order at that store etc. I just wanted my money refunded then I get another email at 11:30 saying food on the way. 11:47 food came someone had poured seemingly a box of salt on my sausage biscuit. HARDEES SAYS FEED YOUR HAPPY. IM NOT VERY HAPPY RIGHT NOW…. Not another dollar will Hardee’s get from me.
