Employees were arguing. No one knew what they were doing or which orders were for dine in or drive-thru. The stress level was intense. There were multiple people who ordered after my family. However, somehow, they received their food before us. We had a simple order of 2 gravy biscuit combos & 1 Frisco sandwich combo. The Frisco sandwich was extremely poor, as you can see in the picture. It is Hardee’s, so we weren’t expecting much, but they can do better. On our next trip, we will skip this stop!

Good food, easy to pull in and out of parking lot. Service is better than most restaurants in the area. They dont make you stand around and wait to place an order and are quick to get you your food. Best Hardee’s in the area.

Made a quick stop here to grab breakfast. Restaurant was very clean and workers were extremely nice. As hard as they were working they still took time to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this location. Food was yummy as always at Hardee’s.

My dad ordered gravy biscuits to go and once he got home to give them to his grandkids the kids realized there were SLUGS in the gravy. My mom called back to the restaurant and my dad went back up there and the management thought it was no big deal.

Wow!! Unbelievable. Got a double chreseburger combo. Literally everything was cold, even the coke. You wait 10 minutes to get your food ,and still gives it to you cold. Will not be going there again!!

Pulled in to see that the drive-thru line was extremely long. So I parked and went inside to order. There were 3 people who had ordered and 3 people in front of me in line who still needed to order. There were two women working up front and the remainder of employees in the kitchen. I knew I would have to wait, so I mentally “settled in”. I witnessed 10 minutes of beautiful teamwork. Employees were covering for each other, openly taking ownership of a few miscommunications on orders, and not a single employee spoke rudely or reacted negatively to another. I’ll wait double the amount of time for my food with no complaints when I am able to witness a team doing their best to provide customer service. They were ready to step in as one gentleman in the back asked one of the women up front “You ok? You good?”. THIS matters. This should always matter. I hope whoever was on the clock this morning is celebrated. I will go back and I will go inside to order. Now, if only Hardee’s could sell biscuits all day…. They have the BEST biscuits!
