The employees are lazy & are in no hurry to serve anyone.. I pulled up to the drive through no one took my order, so I drove up to the window.. The girl looked at me & said I know she’s not looking at me like that.. My words excuse me YES I am.. SERIOUSLY Why are the employees having a conversation with one another, not taking orders.. Customer service is a thing in the past as well as fast and friendly service.. My money is going elsewhere.. Not to mention no one was even in the parking lot or at the window.. Now I know why..

It had been almost a year since I went through the drive thru at this Hardee’s. Amazing service, the Manager was running the drive thru. I wanted the grilled chicken, she politely told me that Hardee’s was no longer going to carry and they were out of them. So I opted for q burger (which is what I really wanted to start)

This Hardy’s in conveniently located a quarter mile off of Interstate 26. Just follow the signs. Nice dining room but you have to decide whether you want an uncomfortable seat with no seat padding or no seat back padded. No seating had both. Good food. Fast service. Friendly staff.

Though I did not get what I wanted (I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich, but got a charbroiled chicken club), the sandwich was still good. It took a number of times to convey the order and correct it, as if the person taking the order was distracted by something, so it was a bit disappointing that they still did not get the order correct after all the corrections.

Lazy people who have no management. Stay away from this S hole.. Bathrooms are nasty. Order is never right. People who work there have a nasty attitude and argue with each other and the customers. Slow and lazy…… Update 2023. Out of biscuits. People who waited on their orders didn’t get them. Out of syrup. Out of ham. Just close this G. D place down already. F.k Hardee’s.
