Ordered a biscuit and gravy combo and was not told they didn’t have BOWLS! So when I received my order the gravy was all over the place and I had no biscuit. Drove around to the drive thru again, told them and the lady at the window was like “well we have no bowls” like I should’ve known. And gave me another biscuit and gravy, again the flat container filled with gravy and separately paper wrapped biscuit because they had “no bowls” so again the gravy was everywhere already as I peaked into the bag and she tried to justify and say “well if you didn’t jerk it it wouldn’t be everywhere”. Rude overweight caucasian lady to be politically correct.

Enjoying the Days
As fast food restaurants go, we were pleased with the service. The woman at the window (small too on neck) was friendly. The food was hot and fresh. While we are not big on fast food, this was a good place to stop for a quick bite for the family on the road.

Very pleasant, always nice and respectful to customers only reason I gave just 4 stars for service is when she handed me my drink she didn’t tell me the lids were messed up and didn’t fit the cups right and almost the whole med sz coke dumped right in my lap I live all the way n chesnee so that was a very uncomfortable ride home but…… That wasn’t why I only gave 4 stars she never not once apologized, offered a refill or simply just handed me some napkins!!!

I like one particular burger here and while traveling, I had an excuse. It’s right across from a McD’s, so there wasn’t a line in drive thru. In fact, I had to wait on my food, which to me is GREAT, because there’s a good chance all your food will be fresh and hot. I wasn’t disappointed, my meal was hot. Young lady at the window was very nice.

Tenders were hot, fresh out of the fryer. Fries were stone cold. The fries looked like they had been in the warming bin a while. When I placed my order they put my fries in the box and sat aside. So sat out of the warmer for 5 minutes as the tenders were cooking.
