Just ordered breakfast. Got me a chicken biscuit and the flavor was good but it was over cooked and way to Christy. The lady and drive through couldn’t get my order right and I had to repeat 3 times then got the food and still had to tell her she didn’t get order right.

I am not pleased with the service this morning the employees there was very rude and didn’t want to give me my hash browns when I paid for them and they was getting peoples order that ordered after was out before mine and my husbands. The manager and employees acts like they don’t like there job and they don’t know how to talk to people they have lost my business for good and something needs to be done!

This Hardee’s needs new management! They are always out of important items such as fries and hashbrowns. They never have orange juice for breakfast. They tell you that items are discontinued when they are still on display. The place is always a mess. The restrooms don’t have paper towels so you can assume some employees are not washing their hands. The customer service is very poor. Most of the time you can’t get anyone to acknowledge you in the drive thru. This is most definitely a management issue that needs to be resolved!

The food was fresh which is the most important thing in my opinion. But the Service is painstakingly slow, and they are always out of napkins, ketchup, straws, as well as cup holders. The atmosphere is kind of bleak and dull. I do enjoy Hardee’s food over most other fast-food establishments. Well, I’ll just say food establishments. Because they lack any sense of urgency so I can’t say it’s fast food.

Never expect the order to be right or that it will fit the category of fast, u have been here 6 times, 1 time was it correct and under 10 minutes, normally 15 to 20 minutes and 5 out of 6 wring on the order.

The Hardee’s in Gaffney sc doesn’t even deserve a ⭐….just left there when the close time says 10 pm, I got there about 8:15 no cars in parking lot went to drive thru,sit there for 5 minutes no one never asked could they take my order. So I proceeded on around toward the pay window and there sit 3 workers on the sidewalk just laughing and talking…I said are y’all closed or can I place a order..the lady said we about to close so we can’t take no orders…I was like oh okay ..when my was like the sign says 10, so I just drove off..

Went in this morning at the Gaffney S.C. store ordered Biscuits and gravy open faced got to the table sat down and opened the container and what a down right disappointment I got biscuits but as for gravy I wondered where it was just barely enough to cover looked like they used a teaspoon to dip it out flipped them over had to scrape the bottom of the container and still barely enough to cover the halves I don’t send food back because there’s always a chance of foul play when you do just very very disappointed with the food quality do really hope it gets better I will try one more visit in the future and hope it goes better if not will find somewhere else hate to say
