I cannot remember the date of my visit but I know it was a few weeks ago. The young lady who took my order was beyond pleasant. I believe her name is Lmayra. She was patient with my mother and I as placed our order. So many times as customers we are constantly asked “anything else”, while you’re still placing your order. Lmayra, didn’t do any of this. Her manager was just as pleasant. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service.

Terrible! Walked inside and realized everyone was just waiting for their orders. Keep in mind this is 1030 during breakfast, so before I could order…I’m rudely told they are out of sausages, eggs and biscuits. After this statement is made by this female employee, she rudely turns her back to me and starts doing other things versus assisting …asking me did I want to order something else. I literally stood there first 3 more minutes without her ever turning back to do her job at the register. I’ve never witnessed such rudeness, unprofessionalism, without any respect for the art of customer service. As an African American, I hate having to do this review because this staff was all black but I literally went next door to Dairy Queen out of frustration and received amazing service from a predominantly Caucasian staff. I’m witnessing this too much from my own race regarding work and customer service .

I am the only person in line at drive thru. The gentleman takes my order just fine and I pull around. While just sitting at the window, it takes the people inside just cutting up, joking, talking amongst each other 10 minutes to even come to window and get my money. Now I’m going on another 8 minutes after paying as I’m writing this review warning people to never use this Hardee’s and where is the manager I would find an entire new staff that day. This is embarrassing. Well finally received food but thought I would share.

I haven’t eaten there yet so I’ll review the biscuits later. I called to ask when breakfast is over and the lady said 11:30 but then asked if I wanted her to reserve/ hold any breakfast item for after that time. I thought that was extra considerate. Kind customer service in the fastfood industry is shocking. Shockingly pleasant even though I don’t eat fastfood. I am craving a biscuit and will give this Hardee’s a try just because of the tone and willingness of this employee. Thank you.

I went to this location today and was met with impeccable service for a mobile order. It was my first time ever eating at a Hardees. I received excellent service and great fast food. The fries were very good but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger tasted like it was fresh off the grill. I ate the fries immediately but the burger 5 hours later. It was very good and tasty! Thank you Hardees!

My husband and I had to pull forward and wait for fresh spicy tenders, which we really didn’t mind because we weren’t eating until we got home so they would still be hot. I got home and started eating, finished 1 strip and some fries. Went to grab another strip and realized this is what was left (picture) 2 more real strips, 1 skinny sorry excuse for a strip, and 1 that is rivaled in size by the ranch packet. In a 5 piece, that’s ridiculous for the price.
