The only reason why this establishment even gets one star is because it’s the only way that I can leave a review. If you want to wait a half hour or more for your meal and it still be wrong, go ahead and come here. If not the please be true to yourself and go elsewhere. The employees do not know what they are doing. Most just stand there staring at you when asked a question. The manager hides in the office and then acts dumbfounded when an issue occurs. They sale single burgers and charge you for a double. Do yourself a favor do not eat here.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with nobody else waiting ahead or behind. The associate gave us our drinks and never made eye contact with the window again. After finally getting our food I asked why it took 20min and she said they had to drop the food again. She assured me it was all hot. Got home and my burger only had 1 patty instead of 2, and everything else was cold. Not only will I not be going to that location, but I’m not returning to any Hardees

Three young ladies working. No supervision. Showed no sense of urgency to their job well or to properly service their customers. Order was wrong after repeating order three times. The three young ladies lacked maturity to even perform the most simple of tasks. No organization on who’s order belonged to who. Totally bad experience.

First time here in a very long time. Burgers were wrong on the first order, called and they were willing to replace the order (the reason why 4stars for service). Went back for the replacement order and recieved everything wrong. Slider patties on everything, ketchup instead of “special sauce”, red onions instead of grilled onions. Believe me, the list goes on. In short, if your dying of starvation go ahead and risk it here, but don’t expect to get what you ordered even if you give them 3 chances.

I like this Hardee’s because their food is good. They start serving lunch at 10:30 a.m. the one in Summerville at the Walmart location does not serve lunch at 10:30. A rude lady told me they weren’t ready to serve lunch yet at the Summerville location. I waited an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot and at 1050 they still were not ready to to serve lunch if you want lunch early I would suggest going to the Hardee’s at the hotspot or the one in Goose Creek.

Lady at Register was totally lost when my wife ask for the combo, posted on the store front window. I don’t mean a small post, it was HUGE! Then they didn’t have fries, so they offered Onion rings instead. That was fine, till we realized they charged us extra for the onion rings.

Dirty floors and tables and chairs and straw wrapping everywhere. Bags and food wrapping on empty tables. Employees sitting at a booth doing nothing but talking on the phone. Employee waited on us and went back to tables. Disgusting. Food burnt and looked nothing like represented. Flat and half cold.
