Hair was in my daughter’s burger and fries!!! It was stuck on the fries like it was in the oil and another piece of hair was in the wrapper on her burger. I did not get a complete order for the chicken tenders; they were very small but, warm. Fries were cold. The coke was flat and when I asked for it to be replaced with tea, she said they had no more tea. Horrible experience and it’s not the first time. I went there for breakfast sandwiches recently and one was missing from my order and one of the other sandwiches was wrong. And the drive through cashier was rude. I am done with this location( Hardee’s on Highway 52)….I will not go there again.

The only good thing about this place is the people are friendly. We waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through which should in itself been a dead give away. They had up pull forward and I finally just went inside and asked if they forgot about us because like 6 cars had went through the drive through and drove around us. We don’t mind waiting, figuring the food would be good and fresh. Nope, not even close. Fries looked like they were cooked 3 days ago. Our chicken sandwich had nothing on it but lettuce, chicken and a bun, no sauce. The cheeseburger was stale the bun had begun to harden already. It also had so much sauce on it between 3 rounds of mayo, ketchup and mustard. My 2 year old looked at his and went “yuck” he wouldn’t even try it. $24 dollars in the trash. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Today’s visit was unpleasant. I ordered a Frisco hamburger with no tomato add lettuce they got the no tomato right but they did not add the lettuce. Not only was my hamburger Patty burnt but I’m pretty sure they made the burgers thinner now. The French fries were warm at best. I came during the lunch hour rush so I would think I would get some hot French fries. I did not address the issues with management because you could tell it wouldn’t make a difference.

There were only 2 other people in the restaurant. I thought I would have to wait since there was no one at the counter, but thankfully the cashier showed up pretty quickly. I got my food pretty fast and it was actually hot. I enjoyed my meal in peace and quiet. This was the first time I had eaten inside this Hardee’s. I usually go through the drive thru. It was nice and clean. Even with my coupon, it was still expensive. That’s why I can’t go often.

Ordered two breakfast platters and 3 chicken biscuit. Got 5 biscuits and were charged for them, didn’t realize until we left. At least 2 of them were undercooked and/or old. Didn’t tear right, centers seemed pinkish. Threw them out, stomach felt a bit funny after for a bit but didn’t get sick luckily. Service was friendly though.

Slow service, stale fries, iced tea tasted old, frisco burger wrapped with the paper turned inside out, floors sticky. Location needs more caring, diligent staff. I like Hardee’s generally, but if they were all like this one, I’d be very unlikely to return.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken sandwich that wasn’t fully cooked and sweet tea that tasted like pure hot mold. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I asked for the blt chicken sandwich add chz, but they forgot the bacon, and was going to give it to me, for me to put it on my sandwich, the sandwich was sloppy and throwed together. I Jus got a refund, I wasn’t mad or anything,, jus was craving that sandwich. People eat with their eyes first. I know we can do better in the food service, jus have to be trained the right way, this is at majority of every fast food restaurants. I’ve been in food service for 30 years, so I get it.
