Empty drive thu line. After waiting for 5 minutes for my food they had to come out and ask for my receipt like they had lost my order (order was a single sandwich, nothing else). After another 5ish minutes I got my food. Food was good, but idk how they lost the order which is scary considering how simple it was.

Hardee’s practices BAIT & SWITCH! Isn’t that illegal?? They have a HUGE poster on their window for the $5.99 Star Deal, but when you get up to the window, the drive thru person said they are NO LONGER OFFERING that. I said, you have a HUGE poster right on the front of your store?! Her response was that just forgot to take it down. SERIOUSLY??? So, we TRIED to order something else and the girl DISAPPEARED and wouldn’t even take our order. We finally drove off and went to McDonald’s. TERRIBLE SERVICE! FALSE ADVERTISING! DISGRACEFUL!

So this was legit the best Hardee’s I’ve ever visited. Just grabbed a couple double cheeseburgers while out doing deliveries but they were the freshest I’ve ever had from a fast food place. The lady who took our order and payment also cooked our burgers fresh and brought them out to us. Top tier customer service ma’am! Thank you!

Hardee’s use to be my favorite fast food place . The food was great then. Now it’s has just gone down hill. The food is cold 98% of the time now Service is really slow. Hardee’s biscuits used to be outstanding, but they have gone downhill terribly in the last few years. Biscuits are hard, dry and overcooked. Unfortunately they are consistently bad and not hit or miss. Our latest visit (Feb 2023) proved to be the worse yet, so unfortunately will be our last visit.
