The food was always good so it wasn’t enough to stop me from coming here. The most recent time we went to this location was the last one, however.

The lady working in the window for breakfast has no business working with customers. Very bad attitude and unapologetic when called out about it. I was putting my change up & was told to move away from the window. I wasn’t even given time to put my change up. Manager handled situation OK.

I was missing extra gravy that I ordered for 2 orders of biscuits and gravy. I was also missing a steak and cheese biscuit that I ordered. When I talked to the manager, she asked me for the ticket and didn’t believe me when I told her that they didn’t give me one. She had an attitude when I was talking to her, but she said that she was not going to charge me for them, because it was their mistake. When I ordered another biscuit that I said I was going to pay for, she charged me for them anyway. When I got home with the food it was cold. I gave 1 star on the review only because I couldn’t give zero.

This Hardee’s is the only Hardee’s I go to because of the delicious biscuits! My food is always fresh and hot. Their biscuits are like clouds that melt in your mouth. The people are friendly and the restaurant is always clean. My favorite breakfast place to eat.

It would almost be better if they just went ahead and closed this location. Takes forever, last couple of visits the biscuits were almost burned, and just not what Hardee’s used to be. Sad because for years it was really nice and a great place for breakfast.

The most unprofessional, rude staff I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. To find out that the assistant manager is the culprit. She hung up on me twice after my experience. I am a fan of Hardee’s but would not return to this location that is convenient to my home. I work in the service industry and understand that it is guests returning that keep businesses thriving. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience but is definitely the last.
