Slow in drive thru absolutely ignored us at dine in. If I were a robber I could have taken all money in safe as fred sat there with safe open the ten minutes we stood waiting to get service before we walked out. We went to McDonald’s and were treated with courteous and friendly service. It was also fast!!

This is the only fast food we will go.to in belton anymore. The service is always great and the food is always hot and fresh. You may have to wait a couple extra minutes, but it is definitely worth it. The lady’s that work there are super friendly. Best Hardee’s we have been to in many years.

Great service! Visited on Sunday morning and the staff was very efficient and friendly. They were working with a skeleton crew of three employees and still offered friendly service while moving the drive-thru line as fast as possible. I appreciate such hard workers. The food was great!

The service at hardees in Belton is always great but this morning for some reason they messed my breakfast platter up,I asked for open faced in platter then asked for sausage but got bacon …can’t get no one to answer the phone have called 3 times now…..had new girl that floats around to different hardees but she didn’t make the platter but was nice…..

Menu board said $6.09 for a Frisco meal was charge $7.84 at the window. When I asked why is there a difference her response was I don’t know anything I just work here that’s what the machine says. Can’t go in doors are locked. Call, nobody answers. Finally get through and the manager says what do you want me to do about it? I have to tell her what to do! Really? Talk about nasty, unwelcoming, customer service attitude.
