November 2022 and you still can’t dine in here. Please just close your doors and let someone open a place to eat that can serve customers. 2 employees inside standing in the lobby with the doors locked mouthing drive thru only. Just trying to take my son somewhere for dinner.

I just picked up a couple of biscuits from this location. The gentlemen running the drive through was very kind, professional and it was most definitely a great experience having him wait on me!!!! I could also understand him very well and he repeated my order back to me twice, once on the speaker and the second time at the window, to ensure that my order was correct! I told him that it was a pleasure having someone that was very nice and with no attitude and truly seemed to enjoy his job! I asked him his name and it is Brandon. I saw on his tag that he is the shift leader. So, I just wanted to give a huge Pat on the back for a very pleasurable experience and a job well done!!!

They only gave me gave me half my order. I didn’t realize until I got home, and wasn’t going to drive in 5 o’clock traffic to get a $5 refund. The burger I did get was smashed and the fries were cold. I was the only person in line, so it’s not like they had a rush or anything. Even with being the only customer there, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, half of which was never served to me. The cashier was slovenly and rude. Will definitely not be returning here.

I’d like to give a great review because the actual food is good and the staff is exceptionally friendly. But I’m not exaggerating when I say that 10 times out of 10 they get my order absolutely totally wrong. Literally. Every single morning I have gone to get breakfast before work, my order has been wrong and usually I don’t have time to mess with going back through and having it corrected. Especially frustrating bc I’m a vegetarian, so when I get a steak biscuit or one covered in bacon it’s basically useless to me and pretty much threw money in the trash. There’s nothing like a fresh, warm Hardee’s biscuit but unfortunately won’t be eating here anymore.

I went to Hardees last week with 2 of my grandbabies, after not having been there probably in years, and the service was good, …. but not so much my biscuit & gravy! because trying to bite into the bottom of the biscuit was like trying to bite into a piece of wood or a rock. It was so hard if I would have really bitten into it it might have broken some teeth. I don’t care how long you’ve been around & how established you may be, WHY would you want ANY of your customers to have old food & hard biscuits. People spend ALOT of money eating out, they deserve better than that. Come on now!!

5/27/23. I was too in a hurry at about 10:23am – lined back up I decided to come inside to place my order. “No one in line” – I stood there at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged that my order would be asked – so I asked if anyone was working the counter? Like the lady from the drive thru walked past several times to grab orders just as if no one stood there.

Great service, great food. I ordered a #1 Combo no pickle, no mustard. The employee even made sure to tell me that it doesn’t come with mustard, so I’ll know for future reference. And I WILL be getting one of those weekly! It tastes like a Gourmet Hamburger. They used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg slim, lol. They also use fresh, ripe tomatoes. I was mad that I couldn’t finish it all. Great burger and fries! Thanks Hardee’s ♥️
