Extremely rude manager. Messed up an order. When I came in to get corrected started questioning me like I was pulling one over on Hardee’s. Like I need to lie about an $8 order. She was rude and unapologetic and refused to give me her bosses name or information. As a manager setting an example for employees around her she sets a poor example and is under qualified in customer service techniques to be holding that position.
