This place used to be excellent. Service has steadily declined over the years. I stopped in on my way to work this morning and I received a cold, burnt, and chewy chicken biscuit in the drive thru. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there, but you should be ashamed to serve something like that to your customers. I’m including a picture. Staff was friendly and they got it out to me quickly. Raise the bar & please do better.

I went in and ordered the Swiss Burger with fries combo and it was burnt around the edges and looked more like a Krystal. Fries sucked also! Tea was the only good thing out of the meal. I figured it would do no good to complain because if it was to be replaced it would probably have a little something extra on it. I just know I will Not be back to This location. Hardee’s is usually good wherever I go, but not this one. Also the girl that took my order was named Brown. She acted like she couldn’t care less about my order. Didn’t even give me a cup or the tea that I ordered. Also, I had to ask for my receipt. For the points to be submitted. So move on to another location if you desire a Hardee’s.

Waited entirely too long for our food when no one else was even there. Then they fought with us when they didn’t give us a second drink. We ordered 2 combo meals and they tried to say we had to pay for the second drink separately when it was clearly on our receipt already.

Ever since covid they haven’t seen to be as busy as they always were. I’ve always been a fan of Hardee’s because their food is extra good! The atmosphere there is okay depending on what staff are in but I generally like it way to go Hardee’s now people start going back there it’s really good especially at breakfast but their burgers are awesome!!!

We had been to a Hardee’s before and it was disastrous. The restaurant itself was sweltering, the poor employees must have been dying. We had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the Monster Angus burgers. Both were juicy and delicious. French fries were very good. Sadly, they did not have onion rings.

“Hand-crafted strawberry lemonade” apparently means a couple of pumps of strawberry flavoring in a cup and then filling it up with Minute Maid Lemonade from the fountain machine. Screw you guys. Lazy.

We didn’t have cash and they didn’t know that their cc machine was down. Had to leave and go to ATM, which we told them. Upon returning, about 5 minutes later, they had put our order away and had to redo it.

Does anyone EVER have a positive experience at this location??? Had a Hardee’s craving late yesterday evening & was told in drive-thru, “I apologize, but the system is down…” Down, why? Should’ve had plenty of time to reboot, because there were NO CUSTOMERS anywhere in sight. It’s always something with this Hardee’s. Always excellent during breakfast hours, but anytime after 10:30am – the lackluster customer service makes you wanna jump off a cliff…smh

Apparently drive thru means pull up and park, defeating the purpose of a drive thru. Also apparently customers are supposed to know cooking times on what they order. Employees are rude and have no comprehension of time. It takes them 5 seconds to charge your bank card but for some reason it takes 5 days to refund it. Can I order food then pay for it in 3-5 business days. And these idiots think they deserve $15 an hour.

Evidently no one wants to work when you go through the drive thru. The last couple of weeks, they say the system is down. There is no way the system can be down every time we go thru!!!!!! Maybe the restaurant needs new management or a whole new system??!!!!! How are they staying open???
