I went here to get dinner and Savannah Luke immediately welcomed me, my brother and daughter in a cheery voice. She was very helpful in helping me decide what I should get. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not expect service like this from a fast food resturaunt it was completely exceptional. To tol it all off the resturaunt was very clean and the food was amazing. I can say I have never had bad food at Hardee’s. It is a great place to eat for lunch or dinner. The food is quality with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend going to this exact one if you want outgoing customer service.

I ordered 2 – 1/3 Thick Burgers @ 3:43PM. I went on my way. They were so burned you could smell them in the bag. Needless to say I was starving so I choked one down. At 8:50 PM I returned to Hardees and explained my situation. SHE wouldn’t replace the one I choked down. I told her I have a picture of it but she didn’t care. The managers name began with a P she didn’t seem to care about customer service. I had my phone in my pocket so not the best recording but it tells the story. I think she should have replaced both just to compensate me for having to return the Chared burger. Am I wrong? IT WOULDN’T LET ME UPLOAD THE VIDEO.

I love Hardee’s simply because they’ll do lettuce wraps. And it’s delicious. The last few times I’ve gone the chicken had been RAW!!! Ask for it to be cooked twice to avoid this if you plan on going. One of the workers there was such a sweetheart about me asking for my chicken cooked twice that’s the only reason I didn’t taste this one star.
