This was THE WORST restaurant we have EVER stopped at! We ordered two simple combos and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. When we got our food it was wrong! When my husband RIGHTFULLY complained about the service, the manager was belligerent (cursing) and made fun of my husbands physical appearance. I have NEVER had service like this before and WILL NOT EVER return!

We went in about an hour before close, or at least that was what we were told. The food was really fresh and most of the staff was very friendly. It took them 15 minutes to even be able to place the order. They were having staffing issues. We had to wait because there really was no other food choices anywhere else around and it was late. But the food was worth the wait. Chicken sandwich was great. They might have the best French fries for quick service. Boys had burgers which they said were really good. The tea was unsweetened, time said it had until 1:30am, but for anyone who drinks teas, the time was incorrect, the tea was probably left over and dumped in it was really old and should have been dumped. There. Needs to be a button for it is just $10 for person to choose from.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way North. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Food was cooked well and order was correct. Nice break from the road. Small, grassy fenced area for dogs w/ picnic tables is a nice touch.

I gave this restaurant another shot and it was a huge mistake. Very unfriendly cashier. To the point it looked like she couldn’t stand the fact I was there. Somehow they bumped my order so after 15 minutes and at least 4 orders placed after mine I decided to ask about it. Cashier shrugged hee shoulders and didn’t even verbally say anything. Young man from the drive thru did worse. He even had the nerve to laugh at me being upset. The manager gave about the same energy as well. He made my sandwich gave me cold hash rounds. Acted like I was the problem for his and his staffs incompetence. This was morning shift 05/20/2023 around 09:30. Maybe if the owner reads this one like the rest he could address this. If your manager is setting this as acceptable the rest of the crew will follow. With the price of food these days and what staff costs it looks like a restaurant should require a higher standard. Especially out of a manager.

First off we could tell the location was understaffed. So we made sure to be patient. Even fast food takes a minute. But when we did finally get the order, it was completely wrong. My husband tried to go up to mention it and showed the receipt. The guy (Myke) just blew him off and said, “That’s what you ordered.” But it clearly wasn’t- he ordered 5 tenders, got a sandwich. I got a totally different sandwich with mayo. But after his clear dismissal and unwillingness to fix, the fact that we were tired and hungry… we just left. I couldn’t eat half of the sandwich I got due to allergies. But whatever I guess. Look I’m fine waiting longer to get the food I actually ordered. Plus this was several dollars cheaper the what we paid for. But again we didn’t have it in us to stand there and ask them to acknowledge the mix up. Again. Since Myke already showed us how much he cared about fixing it. If you can hold out for a few more miles- I recommend you get food somewhere else. Anywhere else will be better. Plus, All the drinks were out or flat. I would say you get what you pay for, but I could have gotten better food at a cheaper price at a sit down restaurant. It’s sad. I’m someone who normally only does a review when it’s positive. But times are tough every dollar counts. Act like it please just like everyone else does at their jobs.

The lady up front, Kimora was probably one of the rudest people I’ve interacted with in a restaurant. Rolling her eyes, giving the people after me looks while I was waiting and huffing a puffing. I get people have bad days but in this industry thats unacceptable. I’m a restaurant manager and I would never In a million years let someone like that work for me no matter how understaffed I was. Not to mention the food was trash. Biscuits were not edible.

Wanted chicken tenders but they were out. Settled for French fries and apple pie. Splurged on excellent vanilla shake. Service was slow but there were only two employees and they were working themselves into a frenzy trying to satisfy their customers. Disappointed I couldn’t get my chicken but thanked employees for all they were doing for us.
