Went through the drive thru and was advised immediately could I wait? 7-10 mins later someone comes back probably longer I just put the car in park, we ordered the superstar DOUBLE burger combo and specifically asked if the burger was a double burger….. All I’ve got to say is looks at the picture…. For what we paid for a double burger combo Hardee’s should be ashamed! It’s like they put a $1 patty on top of the regular patty. The Patty’s so dang small it looks like a kids patty. The fries were so cold it’s like they have been sitting out for days. But yet y’all have a now hiring sign on the mic as you pull to the drive thru. Please train/hire/have more quality service at this location. This is literally why robots are taking over fast food. Sad. There’s no reason I should’ve had that small patty on my burger.

Went threw the dress and I have a 40 minute one I wait for 25 minutes in the drive-through to get to work. The fries were hot because the manager for the next the hamburger cold and not how it was ordered wasted my lunch break and money! On another note safe was open they workers was eating where the milkshakes are to be made all together this place sucks

I went in with my mother and she order the western cheeseburger and a small fry and i ordered the medium combo. He gave me a small cup, and then when looking at the receipt he said ringing it up as two small combos was cheaper and we had to argue to get the second cup for her that was on the receipt. And when asked why they were both rang up as smalls, he said they were out of mediums, which was not at all mentioned at time of order, but after we had paid. Our order number was 315917 on 6/3/2023. It shouldn’t be a fight to get your order how you asked for it and a fight to get your order right.

I went to hardee’s for the first time last week and I was good. I got their chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. The fries were nice and crispy, the chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, and the tea was tasty too. Will definitely be returning

Possibly the worst restaurant in georgia. Old stale fries and a burger cooked only on 1 side with rediculous amount of grease dripping off it. Cost 15 bucks. The place is run by Kids that dont give a dang. Do yerself a favor and go somewhere else

Came in close to closing tonight (March 20, 2019 around 9:45) and though the woman at the register was not rude I could tell she was not happy at how late I came in. Being a former fast food restaurant worker years back i know how it is to have the restaurant ready for closing and then a customer walks in.

Ordered a Frisco Burger it was cold and barely had any onions on it my daughter’s chicken tenders were barely warm and seemed like they microwaved to get that temp. But the fries were nice and fresh so there’s that!
